Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using PetNaturalSupplies.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any digital product from us. By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. What PetNaturalSupplies is
PetNaturalSupplies.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Barenboim Imports and Exports Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). It is an information resource for owners of rabbits, guinea pigs, and chinchillas. We publish educational content, interactive tools (such as food and symptom checkers), and downloadable digital guides. Every answer on the Site is drawn from published references, which are named alongside the content.
The Site is an information resource only. We do not sell physical products, and we do not ship anything.
2. Not veterinary advice
The content on this Site is for general educational purposes and is not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We are not veterinarians. Our content summarizes publicly available guidance from published references such as the Merck Veterinary Manual, the House Rabbit Society, Rabbit.org, and the BC SPCA. It is intended to help you understand a topic and communicate with your own veterinarian — not to replace a professional examination.
Never disregard or delay seeking professional veterinary advice because of something you read here. If your animal is unwell — and especially if it has stopped eating, stopped producing droppings, or is in visible distress — contact a qualified veterinarian experienced with your species immediately.
You use the information on this Site at your own discretion and risk.
3. Digital products
We sell downloadable digital products, such as the Rabbit Food Guide (the “Products”). When you purchase a Product:
- You receive a licence to download and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the Product or its contents.
- The Product is delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped.
Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe) through our email and commerce platform (Kit). We do not store your full payment card details.
4. Refunds
Because our Products are digital and delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded.
However, we will provide a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- the file failed to download or was not delivered;
- the file is corrupted or unreadable; or
- the Product materially differs from its description on the Site.
To request a refund, email info@petnaturalsupplies.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Refunds outside these circumstances are at our discretion.
5. Accuracy of content
We work to keep our content accurate and traceable to a named source, and we version and date our knowledge base. Even so, information about animal health evolves, sources can differ, and errors are possible. We make no warranty that the content is complete, current, or error-free.
If you believe a record is wrong, or you have a source we should review, please write to info@petnaturalsupplies.com. We revise records and update the version number when warranted.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, tools, guides, graphics, and the underlying knowledge base — is the property of PetNaturalSupplies unless otherwise stated, and is protected by copyright. You may read and use it for your personal reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute it, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
References to third-party works (such as the Merck Veterinary Manual) are made for attribution only and do not imply any endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.
7. Affiliate links
Some pages contain affiliate links. If you purchase through one of these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not affect which items are described or how they are described. We only reference items relevant to the content on the page.

If you subscribe to receive a free download or updates, you agree to receive email from us, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetNaturalSupplies, Barenboim Imports and Exports Inc., and their operators will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage — to you, to your animal, or to any third party — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content, or from any Product purchased through the Site.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site, these Terms, or any transaction made through the Site will be subject to the courts of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
