About this Product
Digestive Support for Dogs
Slippery Elm is a completely herbal formula giving digestive support for dogs with occasional diarrhea.
Slippery Elm uses the herbal properties of the Slippery Elm bark to help with:
- Loose stool,
- Stomach irritation,
- Constipation, or
- Gastric distress
American Indians were the first to discover its strengthening and healing properties.
Slippery Elm contains a substance called mucilage, which is a polysaccharide that turns into a gel when mixed with water.
This mucilage turns out to be a stomach soother that helps to overcome digestive problems by soothing and calming inflammations.
Dog digestive issues can be a pain for pet parents and your pet’s backend, but Slippery Elm can help.
Not only may it help ease occasional constipation, but it can help a dog with loose stools, too.
When the bowels are protected, your dog can get back to eating more regularly, shortening recovery time.
